Raheem Ullah is a young Pakistani biophysicist, and his scientific career has brought him to Italy. However, there he has discovered the harsh reality of those who have left their own country not by choice but out of necessity. A story of science, immigration, and families to be reunited.

Davide Ludovisi is a journalist, researcher and filmmaker. Heritage of Mankind is his second documentary, after Balkan route – last stop, which analysed the implications for Europe of the migratory route by land from Greece through the Balkans.
