Through the investigation of three Afghan women’s murder in Evros river in Greece, the film tries to explore the changes in agricultural land’s use as well as the the economic changes caused by the militarization, through which authorities try to deal with increased migration. All the information is gathered from the personal experiences and narrations of the local population.
about the author
Director George Keramidiotis was born in Katerini Greece. He studied cinematography at the 8 University of Paris under Professor Denis Lévy. In 2019 he was honored along with Kostas Ferris by the Federation of Greek Film Clubs [OKLE] for the pedagogical dimension of his work. His films participated in various Greek and foreign festivals.
